Jeremy V isn’t interested in doing things “the way they’ve always been done.” He’s interested in asking a much simpler question:

That question became the foundation of For Sale By AI™.
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, technology, and business, Jeremy V brings together a unique combination of expertise. He holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in Information Technology, and has built his career around solving complex problems through innovation rather than tradition.
Before launching For Sale By AI™, Jeremy V was a franchise owner with HomeVestors of America—the company famous for the “We Buy Ugly Houses®” brand. Like many investors, he earned his real estate license for one practical reason: to sell his own properties without paying someone else a full commission.
Then a realization hit.
If investors can legally and ethically save thousands of dollars by controlling their selling costs, why shouldn’t everyday homeowners have access to the same advantage?
That simple idea challenged one of the oldest business models in residential real estate.
Today, Jeremy V combines artificial intelligence, professional marketing, MLS exposure, and expert guidance to give sellers everything they need—without forcing them into the traditional percentage-based commission structure.
Not surprisingly, this philosophy hasn’t made him popular with everyone.
